The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions. Please read these definitions carefully for a clear understanding:

• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered an account on bd or is using the service.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

3.1 Registration Details

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Wagering Requirement

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable only to registered account holders.

bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Extended period of account inactivity

8.2 At the User's Request

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the request is processed.

8.3 Balance Settlement

If bd closes an account and no evidence of rule violation is found, the legitimate cash balance will be returned. However, any bonus balance will be considered void. In cases of fraud or rule violation, the entire balance may be forfeited.
